It should be stressed that any dark beer can be used but in recent years Acidophilus is by far the most popular and widely used. Occasionally spelt acidophillis or acidophilis – the treatment is centred around soaking your hands or feet in a bowl of beer.
What Is Acidophilus
Acidophilus is a combination of bacteria that can help our immune system fight infection and help with digestion in humans. The bacterial compound includes acidophilus, L Casei and L bulgaricus. Acidophilus usually is purchased in sachet form – each sachet contains 125 billion live bacteria.
This treatment is not the most easy to use and can be quite time consuming considering the fact that you will need to soak the infected areas (toenails or fingernails) three times a day and around half an hour each session.
How To Use Acidophilus Beer Soak To Treat Nail Fungus
Asuming that you have plumped for Acidophilus variety you will need:
- A large bowl big enough for either hands or feet
